Cancelation Policies:

You can cancel free of charge up to 2 days before your arrival. If you cancel within 2 days or in the case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee the booking, and the reservation will be released.

Terms & Conditions:

All rates are in US dollars, based on single or double occupancy, with no additional charges. Breakfast is included in the rates.

Late Check-out:
Late check-out is available on request and may incur an additional fee.

Guarantee Policy:
Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card, including an expiry date, at the time of booking. The credit card will only serve as a guarantee, and no payment will be processed. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation with an invalid credit card.

Payment Conditions:
The full amount for the entire stay must be settled at the hotel upon check-in.

Child Policy:
Under 6 years old: Free of charge when using existing bedding or a baby cot.
From 6 to 11 years old: 50% of the adult rate (US$10 per night), including extra bed and breakfast.
Over 12 years old: Full adult rate (US$20 per night), including extra bed and breakfast.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted in any room type. A cleaning fee of US$100 will be applied if necessary.
