Cambodia-based artist Lena Kinza explores the relationship between perception, transformation, and the ever-changing nature of reality. Working across a range of media—from traditional canvas to skin—Lena Kinza bridges classical artistic discipline with contemporary visual expression.

Educated in Classical Art, she developed a strong foundation in technique and craftsmanship. Yet, the constant criticism, pressure to perform, and pursuit of perfection gradually took away the simple joy of creating. After graduation, she stepped away from art for a while, allowing her passion to be rediscovered beyond expectations.

When Lena moved to Cambodia, the change in environment began to quietly reshape her perspective. The country’s cultural diversity, the blend of local and international communities, and a more relaxed social atmosphere provided the creative space she had been missing.
The exhibition will be on display throughout August and September at Plantation Urban Resort & Spa.
